Pig's tails. Big Canadian thing back in the day. They still eat them up there?

They look like hot dogs. Do NOT be fooled. Nasty, fatty, greasy, with a line of cartiledge right down the center. Clearly part of the pig not intended for consumption.

Well Sweden is divide into "l?n" as we say almost like your states but our "l?ns" are not that indipendet ..anyway the main course for my "l?n" is something called blacksoupe

Blacksoupe is made of boiled gooseblood with bit of goos meat in it..belive me it tastes not as bad as it sounds but it aint good .. [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]

The weirdest food I've ever eaten was probably alligator tail when I was 10. I remember it was chewy and tasted "like chicken," so take that for what it's worth.

Wierdest things I've ever eaten are Heshkie(sp? for all you polacks) It's pretty much pig meat jello. I've also tried Blood sausage. The meat jello actually isn't too bad, blood sausage is just wrong. [img]graemlins/gulp.gif[/img]
